   3. The Company builds technology platforms for providing analysis, information, content and tracking solutions.
   4. The Company owns a platform (mobile and web application) called Tickertape (“TT” or “Platform”), which is primarily a content, information, tracking and analytical platform for stocks, ETFs, Mutual Funds and other investment products. TT also offers various tools and/or services like stock screener (a tool to screen stocks based on various fundamental and technical parameters), mutual fund screener (a tool to screen stocks based on various fundamental and technical parameters), tracking information on stocks and mutual funds, etc. (“Services”).
   5. The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Smallcase Technologies Private Limited (STPL) and has the following associated companies by virtue of these companies being wholly owned by STPL:
      1. Windmill Capital Private Limited (WCPL), which is registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst (SEBI Reg No - INH200007645) and is engaged in research activities.
      2. Essential Investment Managers Private Limited (EIMPL), which is registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser (SEBI Reg No – INA000017912). EIMPL does not provide any advisory services on the Platform.
      3. Nexum Finvest Private Limited (NFPL).
      The Company along with STPL and the above-mentioned entities are hereinafter referred to as “The Group”
   6. Arrangement with respect to various Services available on the Platform:
      1. For more details on the various analytical and/or information tools on the Platform, please visit here.
      2. For enabling stock transactions, and fetching user stock-holding information on the Platform, the Company has partnered with STPL via the smallcase Gateway solution. smallcase Gateway redirects the user to exchange approved broker platforms for placing transactions in exchange listed securities
      3. For enabling the fetching of user MF holdings information, the Company has a contract with MF Central. The technology services pertaining to the integration and other flows with MF Central are powered by STPL via the smallcase Gateway solutions
      4. For enabling transactions and tracking in digital gold, the Company has partnered with Digital Gold India Private Limited (“SafeGold”)
      5. ATPL is acting as a marketing vendor to STPL for various products/services (including smallcases & mutual fund transactions). A smallcase is a basket of securities curated to track a particular objective or a strategy and is created by a SEBI-registered intermediary.       6. ATPL is acting as a marketing vendor to EIMPL for services relating to credit products. For detailed terms and conditions relating to such credit services offered by EIMPL, please visit here.
   7. The Group may share data internally with each other and with other entities in order to provide you with the services under the Platform. Accordingly, the user must read all terms and conditions, and disclosures of each entity of The Group. The disclosures are available in the subsequent sections of this page.
